Why do you count the orders synced per month and not the messages

Most sellers would know how many orders they do a month, but not many would know how many messages they get from buyers, this makes understanding how much a month our application is going to cost a seller, especially at the initial stage of signing up for a plan. Orders and messages are also relative to each other as well in terms of numbers.

Do you store or get to see my eBay login password

No we definitely dont’t store your eBay login password, nor do we ever get to see it. The eBay integration token is created with in eBay and when you enter your eBay password you are doing so on the eBay website.

How do i pay for my monthly plan

We create a automatic recurring Paypal payment to pay for you monthly plan, this can be cancelled at any time

Do i have to enter a contract of any kind

No, you dont have to sign up for any monthly or yearly contracts, you can cancel your subscription at any time

Can i manually sync in messages and orders whenever i need to

Yes we have created a orange sync button at the top of the message inbox and order pages, once clicked and new messages and orders with sync into the app. 

Do you plan to add any other selling platforms in the future

Yes we certainly are, Amazon and Shopify are our next options that we will be adding, we are also looking at social media options
